Volunteers of America Mid States is known for dedicating its recovery services to the individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug use disorders in the local community.
Programs are offered on an individual basis to make sure people achieve full recovery in the long term. Volunteers of America Mid States also specializes in brief intervention approach, relapse prevention, trauma-related counseling, individual psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as clients with HIV/AIDS, veterans, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, child care for clients children, legal advocacy, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, and more.
Additionally, Volunteers of America Mid States has programs such as inpatient drug rehab facilities, outpatient substance abuse counseling, outpatient detox programs, short term addiction treatment programs, long term drug abuse treatment for verifiable addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehab uses treatment methods that can provide permanent stability to anyone with a substance abuse problem. Finally, Volunteers of America Mid States accepts clients with different types of payment methods - including private health insurance, private pay, medicare, medicaid, sliding fee scale, access to recovery (atr) voucher, other state funds and others.
