Adolescent Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) - ASAP provides substance abuse treatment services to youth and adolescents in Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Letcher, Leslie, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe Counties, as well as Buckhorn Children & Family Services.
