Volunteers of America Mid States has been dedicating its treatment programs and services to helping individuals who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction in Smilax and within the surrounding area.
Volunteers of America Mid States offers a wide variety of treatment and rehabilitation services, including outpatient detox facilities, intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient drug rehab facilities, short term drug rehab centers, long term treatment facilities and more. Volunteers of America Mid States also believes that it is necessary that it provides individual services to ensure that individuals get the results that they require. This is why Volunteers of America Mid States is specialized in contingency management/motivational incentive, couple/family therapy, group therapy, motivational interviewing, anger management, activity therapy, among other programs.
Volunteers of America Mid States also provides aftercare/continuing care, substance abuse education, suicide prevention services, persons with eating disorders, social skills development, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, and provides some of the best continued recovery programs - all of which have been proved to be useful in helping its clients.
