Volunteers of America Mid States is committed to helping the residents of Slemp and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. As such, Volunteers of America Mid States administers a wide variety of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including intensive outpatient treatment, detox centers, short term addiction treatment programs, inpatient drug abuse treatment, long term rehab programs and others.
Volunteers of America Mid States also believes that it is necessary that every individual gets highly personalized services to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including couple/family therapy, trauma therapy, vocational rehabilitation services, matrix model, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy and others. In addition, Volunteers of America Mid States is specialized in clients with HIV/AIDS, veterans, domestic violence, persons with eating disorders, clients referred from the court/judicial system, suicide prevention services, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol rehabilitation program uses aims to provide positive and lasting change for each individual.
