Volunteers of America Mid States is dedicated to assisting anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse issue in the local community find complete recovery. It offers several services - such as inpatient treatment facilities, short term drug treatment, inpatient detox programs, long term rehab facilities, outpatient individual counseling and others - in line with its philosophy of the recovery care and rehab modalities that work in recovery. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program also believes that clients require individual treatment to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Volunteers of America Mid States has specialized in group therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive/behavior therapy, substance abuse counseling approach, 12-step facilitation approach, anger management and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are aftercare/continuing care, persons with eating disorders, veterans, housing services, seniors or older adults, programs for the hearing impaired, and others.
