Volunteers of America Mid States is devoted to assisting the residents of Mistletoe and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. As such, Volunteers of America Mid States accommodates a wide array of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including short term rehab centers, outpatient detoxification centers, inpatient rehabs, long term addiction treatment facilities, outpatient counseling and others.
Volunteers of America Mid States also feels that it is crucial that every individual client gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including behavior modification, couple/family therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, activity therapy, brief intervention approach and others. In addition, Volunteers of America Mid States is specialized in domestic violence, self-help groups, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, residential beds for client's children, social skills development, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol rehab uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
