Drug Court Program - These services include assessment, referral, individual and group therapy, consultation, education, residential treatment, after-care and case management for individuals determined eligible for Drug Court Services. Adolescent Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) - ASAP provides substance abuse treatment services to youth and adolescents in Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Letcher, Leslie, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe Counties, as well as Buckhorn Children & Family Services. The KRCC Open Access system allows clients to determine when and where they would like to receive their initial service visit with a Behavioral Health clinician. Clients may walk-in to any of our outpatient offices for assistance or schedule an appointment on a day and time that is convenient for them.
