Volunteers of America Mid States is committed to helping anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse problem in the local community find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as long term addiction treatment centers, inpatient drug treatment, outpatient day treatment, short term addiction treatment facilities, outpatient detoxification facilities and others - in line with its belief of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This drug and alcohol treatment program also believes that people require individual care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Volunteers of America Mid States has specialized in trauma-related counseling, matrix model, behavior modification, relapse prevention, dual diagnosis drug rehab, rational emotive behavioral therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are programs for the hearing impaired, persons with eating disorders, legal advocacy, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, transgender or (LGBT) clients, social skills development, and others. This drug and alcohol treatment facility uses care methods that can help clients to achieve lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
