Volunteers of America Mid States is devoted to helping the community of Bighill, Kentucky and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. As such, Volunteers of America Mid States accommodates a wide collection of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including detox centers, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab facilities, outpatient hospital programs, long term drug and alcohol rehabs, short term rehabs and others.
Volunteers of America Mid States also feels that it is important that every person gets uniquely tailored treatment to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including dual diagnosis drug rehab, vocational rehabilitation services, motivational interviewing, couple/family therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive and others.
