Volunteers of America Mid States has been dedicating its services and programs to helping people who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction in Avawam and within the surrounding area.
Volunteers of America Mid States facilitates a wide range of treatment and rehabilitation methods, including outpatient detox centers, intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient drug and alcohol rehabs, long term addiction treatment programs, short term drug rehab centers and more. Volunteers of America Mid States also believes that it is important that it provides tailored services to ensure that its clients get the results that they require. This is why Volunteers of America Mid States is specialized in contingency management/motivational incentive, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy, individual psychotherapy, matrix model, group therapy, among other programs.
Volunteers of America Mid States also provides suicide prevention services, residential beds for client's children, child care for clients children, persons with serious mental illness, seniors or older adults, persons with eating disorders, and offers some of the best aftercare programs - all of which are necessary and helpful to its clients.
