Talbot House is dedicated to assisting anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse problem in the local community find full recovery. It provides several services - such as long term rehab centers, outpatient substance abuse counseling, short term rehab facilities, outpatient detoxification programs, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab programs and others - in line with its belief of the addiction treatment and rehab modalities that are effective in recovery. This alcohol and drug rehab center also believes that people need individual treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Talbot House has specialized in trauma-related counseling, individual psychotherapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, brief intervention approach and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are child care for clients children, legal advocacy, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, veterans, domestic violence, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, and others. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program uses treatment methods that can help patients to maintain sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in Talbot House can pay for services using private health insurance, private pay, sliding fee scale, medicare, medicaid, state welfare or child and family services funds, other state funds and others.
