Talbot House has made a name for itself by dedicating its recovery services to the people who struggle with drug and alcohol abuse disorders in the local community.
Services are provided on an individualized basis to make sure clients achieve full recovery in the long term. Talbot House also specializes in activity therapy, group therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, vocational rehabilitation services, matrix model, contingency management/motivational incentive, and others - as well as many other treatment modalities such as veterans, domestic violence, clients referred from the court/judicial system, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons with serious mental illness, social skills development, and more.
Additionally, Talbot House has programs such as outpatient hospital programs, long term drug and alcohol rehab programs, short term drug treatment, inpatient drug treatment, outpatient detoxification facilities for clients with addictions to alcohol and drugs. The alcohol and drug rehab program uses treatment methods that can provide lasting and permanent stability to anyone with an alcohol and drug abuse disorder. Finally, Talbot House accepts individuals with different kinds of payment methods - including cash or self-payment, private health insurance, military insurance, payment assistance, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, state education funds and others.
