Bridges of Hope is devoted to helping the residents of Yorktown and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. Bridges of Hope offers a wide range of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including short term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient treatment facilities, long term treatment facilities, outpatient day treatment, outpatient detoxification facilities and others.
