New Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) is committed to helping any person with an alcohol or drug abuse problem in the local community find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as inpatient detox programs, long term rehabs, short term addiction treatment centers, inpatient rehab facilities, outpatient hospital programs and others - in line with its philosophy of the addiction care and rehabilitation modalities that are effective in recovery. This alcohol and drug treatment program also believes that clients need individual care and treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, New Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) has specialized in contingency management/motivational incentive, dialectical behavior therapy, vocational rehabilitation services, anger management, individual psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and more. Similarly, it accepts patients who are seniors or older adults, social skills development, persons with serious mental illness, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, clients with HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, and others. This drug and alcohol treatment facility uses treatment modalities that can assist clients to achieve abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
