Central East Alc and Drug Council is dedicated to assisting the residents of Mode, IL. and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. Central East Alc and Drug Council administers a wide range of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including long term drug and alcohol rehabs, outpatient hospital programs, short term drug abuse treatment, outpatient detoxification programs, inpatient drug treatment and others.
