List of Outpatient Addiction Treatment Facilities In Mc Clure, Illinois

How Outpatient Drug Rehabilitation Works in Mc Clure, Illinois

If you have been grappling with a severe substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient drug rehab might not prove suitable for you. Before you seek treatment for your addiction, you must first go through detoxification to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient addiction treatment center will start the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work best if you have already completed another form of rehab - such as a staying in an inpatient addiction treatment center. You should also be deemed medically stable enough that you can easily pursue treatment and recovery by yourself.

When you enroll in an outpatient drug and alcohol rehab in Mc Clure, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Family counseling
  • Group counseling and individual meetings for support and encouragement
  • Individual therapy and counseling
  • Medication management, which might be required if you have a co-occurring disorder or have been diagnosed with polysubstance addiction
  • Nutrition and diet management
  • One on one therapy sessions with licensed treatment counselors
  • Recreational therapy
  • Relapse prevention
  • Sober living housing, where required

Since outpatient rehab does not expect that you reside inside the center, it means that you may need to dedicate yourself to recovery so that the program proves successful in the long run. You should also strive for sobriety and abstain from drugs without any monitoring or assistance.

As long as your environment is conducive to your recovery, you might find that outpatient drug rehabilitation is the best option. This is because you will receive help and assistance at home so that you can carry on focusing on beating your addiction - with none of the pitfalls you might have run into in the past.
