Rock Island Cnty Council on Addictions is committed to assisting anyone with a drug or alcohol use issue in the local community find complete recovery. It offers several programs - such as detoxification facilities, short term addiction treatment facilities, long term drug abuse treatment, inpatient rehab facilities, outpatient substance abuse counseling and others - in keeping with its philosophy of the addiction care and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery.
