Children and Family Services is committed to helping anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse disorder in the Golden Gate area find full recovery. It offers several services - such as inpatient detox programs, long term drug and alcohol rehabs, outpatient day treatment, inpatient addiction treatment facilities, short term rehab centers and others - in line with its belief of the addiction treatment and rehab modalities that work in recovery. This addiction treatment program also believes that clients require individual care and treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Children and Family Services specializes in motivational interviewing, 12-step facilitation approach, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, trauma therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts patients who are clients referred from the court/judicial system, residential beds for client's children, aftercare/continuing care, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, housing services, domestic violence, and others. This alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses treatment modalities that can help clients to achieve sobriety and abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in Children and Family Services can pay for services using cash or self-payment, private health insurance, military insurance, sliding fee scale, state education funds, other state funds and others.
