Rock Island Cnty Council on Addictions has been offering addiction care and rehabilitation services to the residents of Carbon Cliff and those living within the surrounding communities. Today, Rock Island Cnty Council on Addictions offers services like group therapy, behavior modification, couple/family therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, matrix model and others in keeping with its philosophy of following rehabilitation treatments that work best to help addicts achieve sobriety.
