    Crouse Hospital Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) has been treating Opioid Substance Abuse Disorder since 1975 and was the only such program in Central New York until 2016. The program currently offers medication-assisted therapy with the use of methadone and is presently exploring the integration of buprenorphine within the OTP, though Crouse does currently offer Buprenorphine Medication Assisted Therapy (BMAT) within its service line.
