List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facilities In Rising Star, Texas

Making Short Term Drug Rehab Work in Rising Star, Texas

Typically, completing short term drug or alcohol rehab means that you'll need to carry on with aftercare services such as through group counseling and individualized therapy. In most cases, substance abuse recovery is a long-term goal. That said, you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

As such, the step-down method after completing a short term treatment program may include other levels of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

Even after you have completed a short term substance abuse rehabilitation center and have started a new healthy lifestyle, you may still need further support and aftercare services. You might find these in group settings, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individual setting like one on one counseling & therapy and outpatient drug treatment.

In general, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of recovery will be.

As you strive for abstinence and structure in your life, you should take the time to find the best short term drug treatment center in Rising Star based on your specific requirements and preferences.

When trying to find a short term treatment facility you might want to take into account the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
