West Texas VA Healthcare Services has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the people who struggle with drug and alcohol use disorders in Knott and within the surrounding neighborhoods.
Services are offered on an individualized basis to make sure clients find full recovery in the long term. West Texas VA Healthcare Services has also specialized in anger management, group therapy, trauma therapy, individual psychotherapy, behavior modification, motivational interviewing, and others - as well as many other treatment modalities such as self-help groups, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, persons with serious mental illness, veterans, programs for the hearing impaired, transgender or (LGBT) clients, and more.
Additionally, West Texas VA Healthcare Services has programs such as short term treatment centers, outpatient hospital programs, long term drug treatment, inpatient detoxification facilities, inpatient rehabs for verifiable addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses treatment methods that can provide lasting stability to anyone with a drug and alcohol abuse disorder. Finally, West Texas VA Healthcare Services accepts individuals with different types of payment methods - including private insurance, private pay, medicaid, medicare, sliding fee scale, state welfare or child and family services funds, state corrections or juvenile justice funds and others.
