Region IV MH/MR has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the individuals who struggle with substance use disorders in Michie and within the surrounding neighborhoods.
Services are offered on an individual basis to ensure people find full recovery in the long term. Region IV MH/MR has also specialized in relapse prevention, group therapy, activity therapy, individual psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as active duty military, aftercare/continuing care, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, housing services, social skills development, persons with serious mental illness, and more.
Additionally, Region IV MH/MR has programs such as outpatient hospital programs, inpatient detoxification facilities, short term treatment centers, inpatient rehabs, long term rehab facilities for clients with addictions to alcohol and drugs. The addiction treatment center uses treatment modalities that can provide permanent stability to any person with a drug and alcohol use issue. Finally, Region IV MH/MR accepts individuals with different kinds of payment methods - including private pay, private insurance, medicare, medicaid, military insurance, county or local government funds, state education funds and others.
