WIN Team has long been dedicated to helping individuals recovery after a period of substance abuse. It has been doing this within Nottingham and in the surrounding areas for many years now. WIN Team offers services like cognitive/behavior therapy, group therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, individual psychotherapy, activity therapy, 12-step facilitation approach - all of which represent their treatment philosophy. WIN Team believes that clients need individual focus and treatment for them to find full recovery treatment. This is why it provides several programs, like residential beds for client's children, legal advocacy, seniors or older adults, active duty military, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, child care for clients children - among other services listed in the following sections.

WIN Team has aftercare plans that are designed to help clients maintain their sobriety. Finally, WIN Team accepts private pay, private insurance, payment assistance, medicaid, medicare, state welfare or child and family services funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher, as well as others.
