Armstrong County Council on Alc and is committed to helping anyone with an alcohol or drug use problem in the Fairmount City area find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as short term drug abuse treatment, long term treatment centers, outpatient counseling, inpatient drug treatment, outpatient detoxification centers and others - in line with its belief of the addiction treatment and rehabilitation modalities that work in recovery.
