POWER House has long been dedicated to helping its clients recovery after a period of substance abuse. It has been doing this within East Pittsburgh and in the surrounding areas for many years now. Today, POWER House provides services like 12-step facilitation approach, trauma therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, group therapy, individual psychotherapy, motivational interviewing - all of which represent their treatment philosophy. POWER House believes that clients need individual focus and treatment for them to find full recovery treatment. This is why it provides various programs, like seniors or older adults, social skills development, aftercare/continuing care, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, legal advocacy - among other services listed in the following sections.
POWER House offers long term treatment programs, short term drug rehab programs, outpatient hospital programs, detox programs, inpatient drug rehab facilities and others. Further, POWER House has aftercare plans that are designed to help clients maintain their sobriety. This drug and alcohol rehab program also uses treatment methods that can help you achieve and maintain a full recovery.
Finally, POWER House accepts private medical insurance, private pay, sliding fee scale, medicaid, medicare, state welfare or child and family services funds, state education funds, as well as others.
