PORT Health Services is dedicated to assisting anyone with an alcohol or drug use issue in the local community find complete recovery. It offers several programs - such as long term addiction treatment centers, short term rehab centers, outpatient individual counseling, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab facilities, detox centers and others - in keeping with its belief of the addiction care and rehabilitation methods that work in recovery. This alcohol and drug treatment program also believes that clients need individual treatment and care to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, PORT Health Services specializes in brief intervention approach, vocational rehabilitation services, contingency management/motivational incentive, anger management, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are social skills development, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, transgender or (LGBT) clients, clients referred from the court/judicial system, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, domestic violence, and others. This alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses treatment modalities that can assist clients to maintain sobriety from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in PORT Health Services can pay for services using private medical insurance, private pay, sliding fee scale, medicare, medicaid, county or local government funds, other state funds and others.
