Human Empowerment Institute is devoted to assisting the residents of Maplewood, New Jersey and the surrounding areas to find full recovery after a period of struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. As such, Human Empowerment Institute accommodates a wide array of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including outpatient detoxification centers, long term treatment programs, outpatient individual counseling, short term drug rehab facilities, inpatient drug rehab centers and others.
Human Empowerment Institute also feels that it is vital that every individual client gets uniquely tailored treatment to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including motivational interviewing, trauma therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, trauma-related counseling, anger management, group therapy and others. Additionally, Human Empowerment Institute is specialized in persons with eating disorders, transgender or (LGBT) clients, self-help groups, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, active duty military, clients with HIV/AIDS, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol treatment program uses aims to provide positive and lasting change for each individual.
