Berkshire is devoted to helping the residents of Tyringham and the surrounding areas to find full recovery after a period of struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Berkshire offers a wide range of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including outpatient day treatment, inpatient addiction treatment programs, long term drug abuse treatment, inpatient detox centers, short term drug treatment and others.
Berkshire also feels that it is of the upmost importance that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive/behavior therapy, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, trauma-related counseling, motivational interviewing, contingency management/motivational incentive and others. Additionally, Berkshire is specialized in persons who have experienced sexual abuse, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, active duty military, programs for the hearing impaired, self-help groups, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol treatment program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
