VA Central Western MA HCS is dedicated to helping any person with an alcohol or drug abuse problem in the local community find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as long term drug rehab facilities, outpatient individual counseling, inpatient detoxification facilities, short term drug abuse treatment, inpatient drug rehab programs and others - in keeping with its belief of the addiction care and rehab modalities that work in recovery. This alcohol and drug rehab also believes that people need individual treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, VA Central Western MA HCS has specialized in motivational interviewing, individual psychotherapy, 12-step facilitation approach, trauma therapy, matrix model, dialectical behavior therapy and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are clients with HIV/AIDS, persons with eating disorders, transgender or (LGBT) clients, suicide prevention services, seniors or older adults, clients referred from the court/judicial system, and others. This drug and alcohol treatment program uses care modalities that can help clients to achieve sobriety from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in VA Central Western MA HCS can pay for services using private pay, private insurance, sliding fee scale, military insurance, access to recovery (atr) voucher, state welfare or child and family services funds and others.
