SOAR is dedicated to assisting anyone with a drug or alcohol abuse disorder in Acushnet, Massachusetts and within the surrounding neighborhoods find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as detoxification facilities, long term drug abuse treatment, outpatient counseling, inpatient drug rehab programs, short term rehabs and others - in line with its philosophy of the addiction care and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This substance abuse treatment facility also believes that people require individual treatment and care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, SOAR specializes in contingency management/motivational incentive, cognitive/behavior therapy, group therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are active duty military, veterans, substance abuse education, self-help groups, domestic violence, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, and others. This addiction treatment center uses care modalities that can help clients to maintain sobriety from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in SOAR can pay for services using cash or self-payment, private medical insurance, payment assistance, military insurance, state welfare or child and family services funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others.
