List of Inpatient Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facilities In Mayflower, Arkansas

Who Needs Inpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment in Mayflower, Arkansas?

Inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs in Mayflower are ideal for many individuals with drug and alcohol use disorders. However, they are most effective for addicted individuals who are also struggling with co-occurring mental health conditions. Such clients might require round the clock support and medical oversight - which may be missing in an outpatient facility.

In the same way, if you have participated in addiction rehab in the past through an outpatient center or if you attempted inpatient treatment but this wasn't successful, then it is extremely likely that you could find success from a more extended stay in a residential rehabilitation program.

Teens, in particular, also benefit from these centers because they typically have severe mental health conditions co-occurring with their alcohol and drug disorders. As such, they may require treatment that addresses both issues before they can recover totally.

Disadvantages of Inpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation

Inpatient centers are offered in a number of settings - including but not limited to mental health facilities and hospitals. Others are luxurious or executive models and may provide a myriad of amenities and services to make your journey to sobriety smoother.

However, you might not benefit from these centers if:

You have concerns that you will be separated from your loved ones, friends, social life, and work responsibilities for too long.

You think that the cost of treatment at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center in Mayflower, AR. is too high for you to afford.

You would first like to try recovering through an outpatient center before you commit to residential drug addiction rehab.

However, in most cases, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab tends to work successfully and has been proven over and over to lead to better results overall. This is why it is the most highly recommended form of rehab available for individuals looking for recovery after months or years of intensive substance abuse and drug addiction. As long as you enroll in such a center in good time, therefore, it is extremely likely that you will attain sobriety and abstinence much quicker.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas has a rich history with strong foundations in the recovery community of central Arkansas. The first Alcoholics Anonymous group in Arkansas and the oldest AA group west of the Mississippi River initially incorporated in the 1950's, as the Twenty-Four Hour Club and later as Addiction Treatment Centers, for the purpose of purchasing a facility in Little Rock to offer treatment for alcohol abuse. A need was shortly thereafter identified to have a similar facility on the north side of the river. Twelve people, incorporating as Riverbend Recovery Centers, donated $100 each for a down payment on a building and property located at the current site in North Little Rock. Operating under separate articles of incorporation, the two facilities each expanded, offering treatment to both men and women and to include substance abuse treatment in general rather than just alcohol addiction.
