Meridian Womens Center is devoted to helping the residents of Sharpsville and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. As such, Meridian Womens Center provides a wide collection of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including outpatient day treatment, long term addiction treatment facilities, inpatient detoxification centers, short term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab centers and others.
Meridian Womens Center also feels that it is vital that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including dialectical behavior therapy, brief intervention approach, substance abuse counseling approach, matrix model, individual psychotherapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab and others. In addition, Meridian Womens Center is specialized in transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, aftercare/continuing care, social skills development, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, residential beds for client's children, as well as other special programs.
