NICASA Bridgehouse is committed to assisting anyone with a drug or alcohol abuse disorder in Somers and within the surrounding neighborhoods find complete recovery. It provides several programs - such as outpatient substance abuse counseling, detox facilities, inpatient rehab facilities, short term treatment facilities, long term drug and alcohol rehabs and others - in keeping with its belief of the addiction care and rehab methods that work in recovery. This drug and alcohol treatment program also believes that clients need individual care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, NICASA Bridgehouse has specialized in rational emotive behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, trauma therapy, group therapy, behavior modification and more. At the same time, it accepts patients who are co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons with eating disorders, domestic violence, persons with serious mental illness, suicide prevention services, and others. This alcohol and drug treatment program uses care methods that can assist patients to achieve abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in NICASA Bridgehouse can pay for services using private medical insurance, cash or self-payment, military insurance, sliding fee scale, access to recovery (atr) voucher, other state funds and others.
