Additionally, Tomah VA Medical Center has programs such as long term drug treatment, short term drug abuse treatment, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab centers, outpatient substance abuse treatment services, outpatient detoxification centers for verifiable addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehab program uses treatment modalities that can provide lasting and permanent stability to anyone with an alcohol and drug abuse issue. Finally, Tomah VA Medical Center accepts clients with different kinds of payment methods - including private health insurance, cash or self-payment, sliding fee scale, medicaid, medicare, state education funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others.
