List of Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities In Dana, Iowa

Who Needs Inpatient Drug Rehabilitation in Dana, Iowa?

Inpatient drug rehab facilities in Dana are suited for many individuals with substance use disorders. However, they are most successful for addicted individuals who are also struggling with co-occurring mental health conditions. Such patients may require 24/7 support and medical supervision - which may be missing in an outpatient center.

In the same way, if you have participated in addiction rehabilitation before through an outpatient program or if you attempted inpatient rehabilitation but this wasn't successful, then it is extremely likely that you could benefit from a more extended stay in a residential treatment center.

Teens, in specific, also benefit from these programs because they usually have more serious mental health conditions co-occurring with their alcohol and drug disorders. As such, they might require rehab that addresses both issues before they can recover fully.

Disadvantages of Inpatient Drug Rehabilitation

Inpatient centers are offered in a variety of settings - including but not limited to mental health centers and hospitals. Others are luxury or executive models and may come with a myriad of amenities and services to make your journey to sobriety more smooth.

However, you may not benefit from these facilities if:

You have concerns that you will be separated from your family, friends, social life, and work commitments for too long.

You think that the cost of rehabilitation at an inpatient alcohol and drug treatment center in Dana, IA. is too high for you to afford.

You would first like to try recovering through an outpatient program before you commit to residential drug and alcohol addiction rehab.

However, in the majority of instances, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab works more successfully and has been proven time and time again to result in better results overall. This is why it is the most often recommended type of rehab available for individuals looking for recovery after months or years of intensive alcohol and drug abuse and addiction. As long as you enroll in such a program in good time, therefore, it is highly likely that you will attain sobriety and abstinence faster.
