The answers you get will help you decide which program has the best program for your particular alcohol and drug abuse problem and drug and alcohol addiction.

These questions include:

1. Is the Program Specific?

Inquire if the Palm Beach program is geared towards specific populations and people. This is because there are some highly specialized inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, men, young individuals, teens, and the elderly - among many others. Other facilities, however, may have a more diverse population of clients.

2. Which Drug Addictions Does It Treat?

In case you are addicted to heroin, you may recover much quicker if you take part in a center that specifically caters to this type of substance abuse and drug addiction. This is due to the fact that there are different types of addictive, mind-altering, and intoxicating substances and each requires a specific kind of rehab.

3. How are The Accommodations?

Although accommodations may not be as vital as the type of rehab you will receive, it may still be quite important. This is due to the fact that you may not want to experience discomfort with the space you reside in on top of the discomfort arising from your drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation.

In many instances, inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation in Palm Beach, FL. might last more than than a few months. Therefore, you need to make sure that the accommodations at the facility you choose can take care of all your needs and that your environment will feel positive and foster your recovery.

Children are exposed to drugs from many different sources - through their friends, adults, the media and a host of other ways - causing broken homes, broken lives and broken dreams. Our goal is to reach out to these youngsters and provide effective programs and services that will foster the skills necessary so they can become responsible, productive members of their community. Substance abuse does not discriminate and it can happen to any child, when we least expect it, and at alarming young ages. At DATA, we are changing lives every day. DATA Programs: Outpatient - Individuals and families participating in outpatient services can expect treatment based on their needs. The outpatient program utilizes multiple evidence-based treatment models including Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These treatment services are offered to adolescents only. Prevention - Prevention programs are provided to youth at selected middle and high schools in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties.
