List of Short Term Substance Abuse Treatment Centers In Oviedo, Florida

Making Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Work in Oviedo, Florida

Typically, finishing short term treatment means that you need to carry on with additional rehabilitation services such as making use of group counseling and individualized therapy. Typically, addiction recovery is a long-term goal. This means that you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after attending a short term drug treatment program will consist of additional levels of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

Even after you have finished a short term drug rehab facility and have started reintegrating into a new healthy lifestyle, you will still need further support. You might find these in group settings, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individual setting like one-on-one counseling & therapy or outpatient drug treatment.

Typically, the longer you can stick to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

As you strive for sobriety and balance in your life, you should take the time to find a good short term substance abuse treatment center in Oviedo based on your exact requirements and preferences.

While looking for a short term treatment center, therefore, you may want to take into account the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
