Transition House Inc is dedicated to helping any person with a drug or alcohol use problem in the local community find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as short term addiction treatment programs, long term rehabs, inpatient drug rehab centers, outpatient substance abuse counseling, inpatient detoxification facilities and others - in line with its philosophy of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that work in recovery.
