Eglin Community Based has long been dedicated to assisting individuals recovery after a period of substance abuse. It has been doing this within Destin, Florida and in the surrounding communities for quite some time. Eglin Community Based provides services like couple/family therapy, brief intervention approach, cognitive/behavior therapy, substance abuse counseling approach, behavior modification, group therapy - all of which represent their treatment philosophy. Eglin Community Based believes that clients need individual focus and treatment for them to find full recovery treatment. This is why it offers several programs, like programs for the hearing impaired, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, veterans, clients referred from the court/judicial system, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, treatment for spanish-speaking clients - among other services listed in the following sections.
