To ensure that you have the most ideal outcome from the time you spend in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program, there are certain questions that you may want to inquire about. The answers you get will assist you in deciding which program has the best service options for your particular substance abuse problem and addiction.

These questions include:

1. Is the Program Specific?

Inquire if the Searcy facility is meant for specific populations and people. This is because there are some highly specialized inpatient alcohol and drug treatment programs for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, men, young individuals, teens, and the elderly - among many others. Other programs, however, may have a more diverse population of patients.

If there are special needs due to your identity and the fact that you relate to a particular group, you may experience greater gains attending a rehabilitation program that caters to that particular demographic.

2. Which Drug Addictions Does It Treat?

In case you are addicted to heroin, you may experience success faster if you take part in a program that specifically addresses this type of substance abuse and drug addiction. This is due to the fact that there are different types of addictive, mind-altering, and harmful substances and each demands a specific kind of rehab.

3. How are The Accommodations?

Although accommodations might not be as crucial as the type of treatment you will benefit from, it might still be quite important. This is due to the fact that you may not want to feel uncomfortable with the environment you live in on top of the discomfort stemming from your drug addiction rehab.

In many cases, inpatient alcohol and drug treatment in Searcy, AR. may last longer than a few months. Therefore, you should ensure that the accommodations at the facility you select can take care of all your needs and that your environment will feel positive and empower your recovery.

In a luxury inpatient program, for example, you may receive resort-like preferences and accommodations. These centers also offer a number of different amenities and services that could make it easier for you to overcome your alcohol and drug abuse and drug addiction.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas has a rich history with strong foundations in the recovery community of central Arkansas. The first Alcoholics Anonymous group in Arkansas and the oldest AA group west of the Mississippi River initially incorporated in the 1950's, as the Twenty-Four Hour Club and later as Addiction Treatment Centers, for the purpose of purchasing a facility in Little Rock to offer treatment for alcohol abuse. A need was shortly thereafter identified to have a similar facility on the north side of the river. Twelve people, incorporating as Riverbend Recovery Centers, donated $100 each for a down payment on a building and property located at the current site in North Little Rock.
