List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Facilities In North Little Rock, Arkansas

The Cost Of Short Term Drug Rehab in North Little Rock, Arkansas

Many individuals suffering from drug or alcohol addiction usually find the cost of rehab is too expensive. As a result, they may decide to forgo treatment - forgetting that addiction is always more expensive in the long-term.

Depending on the form of treatment you are looking into, you can be sure that the facility will need you to take care of the rather expensive costs. Yet, there are affordable treatment options in North Little Rock that you can take advantage of to offset these costs - including short term drug treatment.

Short term treatment is typically more affordable than long-term rehab due to the fact that you will only undergo rehabilitation for a limited period. Therefore, you finally have a lower priced option that you can rely on to overcome your substance abuse and addiction.

In some instances, you may even find that your medical insurance will cover the cost of your treatment if you choose short term treatment. Although, some insurances have limits on the total amount they may cover - or the total number of days in treatment that they will cover. Still, many short term treatment centers are sufficiently covered by insurance.

Therefore, if the expense of rehab is a primary deciding factor for you, short term rehabilitation may be the ideal solution. As much as you probably want to receive the most effective, most intensive form of rehabilitation, your budget may prevent you from selecting other treatment options such as long term drug and alcohol treatment.

Even with this rather low cost, short term rehab might work for you. Yet, the effectiveness of the treatment will primarily depend on you as an individual. If your substance abuse has been going on for a long period of time, for instance, it is unlikely that this form of rehabilitation will be successful in the long-run for you. Due to the fact that it is most effective for individuals who have only just began showing early symptoms of addiction.

For the most part, short term drug and alcohol rehabilitation is ideal for addicts who have not been abusing drugs or alcohol for very long and for those who cannot come up with the funds for a longer stay in an addiction treatment facility.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas has a rich history with strong foundations in the recovery community of central Arkansas. The first Alcoholics Anonymous group in Arkansas and the oldest AA group west of the Mississippi River initially incorporated in the 1950's, as the Twenty-Four Hour Club and later as Addiction Treatment Centers, for the purpose of purchasing a facility in Little Rock to offer treatment for alcohol abuse. A need was shortly thereafter identified to have a similar facility on the north side of the river. Twelve people, incorporating as Riverbend Recovery Centers, donated $100 each for a down payment on a building and property located at the current site in North Little Rock. Operating under separate articles of incorporation, the two facilities each expanded, offering treatment to both men and women and to include substance abuse treatment in general rather than just alcohol addiction.
