KAR House is dedicated to assisting anyone with a drug or alcohol use problem in the local community find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as intensive outpatient treatment, long term drug and alcohol rehab centers, inpatient rehab facilities, outpatient detox facilities, short term drug addiction treatment and others - in line with its philosophy of the addiction treatment and rehabilitation modalities that work in recovery. This substance abuse treatment center also believes that clients require individual treatment and care to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, KAR House has specialized in substance abuse counseling approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, group therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, matrix model, dialectical behavior therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are residential beds for client's children, veterans, social skills development, child care for clients children, self-help groups, persons with serious mental illness, and others. This alcohol and drug rehab uses treatment modalities that can assist clients to achieve lasting and permanent sobriety from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in KAR House can pay for services using cash or self-payment, private medical insurance, payment assistance, sliding fee scale, county or local government funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher and others.
