Harbor is dedicated to helping anyone with an alcohol or drug abuse disorder in the local community find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as inpatient drug and alcohol rehab programs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, long term drug and alcohol rehabs, short term drug rehab programs, inpatient detoxification facilities and others - in keeping with its philosophy of the recovery care and rehab methods that are effective in recovery.
