CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services provides recovery care and rehabilitation services such as outpatient substance abuse treatment services, inpatient drug addiction treatment, short term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient detoxification facilities, long term drug treatment, and others to people living in Shenandoah Junction, WV. and its surrounding areas so that they overcome their alcohol and drug use disorders and find full sobriety.
