Seafarers has been providing addiction treatment to people who reside in Water View and who are struggling with alcohol and drug abuse disorders. As such, Seafarers provides a array of services including 12-step facilitation approach, cognitive/behavior therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, trauma therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, couple/family therapy and others applying its unique philosophy of evidence based approaches to addiction treatment and recovery.
This treatment program also believes that each client benefits most from individualized services. To this end, it has been specializing in a wide array of personalized treatments like self-help groups, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons with eating disorders, suicide prevention services, clients with HIV/AIDS, aftercare/continuing care and more.
