Williamsville Wellness Center is committed to helping any person with a drug or alcohol use issue in Powhatan and its surrounding areas find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as outpatient substance abuse counseling, inpatient treatment facilities, long term rehab programs, short term addiction treatment facilities, outpatient detoxification facilities and others - in line with its belief of the addiction treatment and rehab modalities that work in recovery. This alcohol and drug rehabilitation program also believes that people need individual treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Williamsville Wellness Center has specialized in trauma therapy, anger management, trauma-related counseling, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts clients who are residential beds for client's children, active duty military, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons with serious mental illness, social skills development, and others. This drug and alcohol rehab uses care modalities that can assist clients to achieve lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
