Seafarers is devoted to assisting the residents of Greenbush and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. Because of this, Seafarers offers a wide variety of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including outpatient hospital programs, inpatient rehabs, short term drug abuse treatment, outpatient detox centers, long term rehab facilities and others.
Seafarers also feels that it is of the upmost importance that every individual client gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including contingency management/motivational incentive, couple/family therapy, matrix model, motivational interviewing, group therapy, relapse prevention and others. Additionally, Seafarers is specialized in treatment for spanish-speaking clients, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, social skills development, transgender or (LGBT) clients, substance abuse education, housing services, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol treatment facility uses aims to provide positive and lasting change for each individual.
