Council on Alcoholism provides recovery care and rehabilitation services such as long term drug and alcohol rehab centers, outpatient counseling, short term rehab centers, detoxification centers, inpatient rehabs, and others to clients residing in Edinburg, Virginia and within the surrounding neighborhoods so that they overcome their alcohol and drug abuse issues and find full recovery.
