CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services is committed to assisting any person with a drug or alcohol abuse problem in the local community find complete recovery. It provides several programs - such as outpatient detoxification programs, inpatient rehab programs, short term rehabs, outpatient individual counseling, long term addiction treatment centers and others - in line with its belief of the recovery care and rehab modalities that are effective in recovery.
